Arthur Zenian
Chief Executive Officer and Founder

Arthur Zenian holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and is the founder of enBio. Prior to this, Arthur launched several successful biomedical service firms including Binovia and Strategic Clinical Engineering. Over the years Arthur has focused on one core principle in building successful companies:  “We make a difference by being there for our customers when they need us, not when we need them.”

Arthur is a former committee member for the CIC/Tenet Healthcare Board and has worked for Cohr, Inc., servicing clients that included Midway Hospital, Brotman Medical Center and Huntington Memorial Hospital. He also served as an intern with the American Red Cross.

Arthur holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the California State University Northridge and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Woodbury University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

In addition to his educational credentials, Arthur is a member of the University Alumni Board and the Board of Trustees for Woodbury University. He is affiliated with the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges and a member of the California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA).


Mike Murray
Chief Operations Officer

Mike Murray is a career marketer and business development executive with deep experience in branding, communications, process management, operations and sales channel development. He has worked in a broad cross-section of industries including manufacturing, electronics, information technology and professional services.

Mike holds Liberal Arts, Bachelor of Science in Business and Management, and Master of Business Administration degrees. He earned Dean’s List honors and was a member of the Delta Mu Delta Honor Society, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Woodbury University.

With years of professional experience gained from working inside Fortune 1000 firms and with small businesses, Mike brings strategic insight and practical knowledge to the enBio team.

Florence Price-Barrett
Finance and Administration Manager

Florence Price-Barrett is a key member of enBio’s leadership team and directs our ongoing operations. She controls financial planning, analysis, auditing, cost management, and drives enBio’s process development and integration programs. Her responsibilities extend into scheduling, vendor management, cost strategies, and customer service administration.

Florence brings a solid background with integrated accounting experience along with comprehensive tax planning and bank operations expertise. She holds an Associates degree and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing. She has additional certifications in both Administration and Accounting disciplines.

Paul Kuykendall
Senior Manager of Biomedical Services

Paul Kuykendall serves as Senior Manager of Biomedical Services with primary responsibility for enBio’s biomedical program execution and compliance initiatives. Paul manages policy and procedure enforcement along with quality control and program auditing, ensuring adherence to all performance metrics and inspection requirements. He provides program assessments to hospital leadership in addition to implementing process improvement initiatives that help enBio’s customers achieve their departmental goals. Paul also provides strong leadership and individual development to enBio’s technical staff while overseeing recruiting and training implementation.

Paul brings over 22 years of management experience gained from independent service organizations and hospital experience. Paul’s background includes senior roles with TriMedx, Sodexo and GE Healthcare Services.

Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, an Associate of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute, and has served in the U.S. Navy as a Telecommunications Specialist. Paul brings a solid background and many years of practical, hand-on experience to enBio’s team.


Jeremy Chung, CBET
Senior Manager of Biomedical Services

Jeremy Chung serves as Senior Manager of Biomedical Services with primary responsibility for project logistics, technical resource deployment, and enBio’s field service operations across multiple support teams. He has oversight of quality control standards for operational outcomes and has a key role in managing the scope, costs, and logistics for each project. Jeremy also manages enBio’s field service operations across our national customer footprint. He works closely with our technical staff and service providers to ensure the highest level of service excellence and rapid service execution.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering Technology from DeVry University. He is currently a Master of Business Administration candidate at the Keller Graduate School of Management. With a strong technical and management skill set in biomedical engineering, Jeremy brings practical knowledge and strong team management capabilities to enBio.
