Arthur Zenian
Chief Executive Officer
Arthur Zenian holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Arthur launched several successful biomedical service firms including Binovia and Strategic Clinical Engineering. Over the years Arthur has focused on one core principle in building successful companies: “We make a difference by being there for our customers when they need us, not when we need them.”
Arthur is a former committee member for the CIC/Tenet Healthcare Board and has worked for Cohr, Inc., servicing clients that included Midway Hospital, Brotman Medical Center and Huntington Memorial Hospital. He also served as an intern with the American Red Cross.
Arthur holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the California State University Northridge and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from Woodbury University.
In addition to his educational credentials, Arthur is a member of the University Alumni Board and the Board of Trustees for Woodbury University. He is affiliated with the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges and a member of the California Medical Instrumentation Association (CMIA).
Kara L. Connor
Vice President of Sales & Operations
Kara L. Connor serves as Vice President of Sales and Operations. She is instrumental in managing the operations of enBio and developing operational strategies that contribute to enBio’s high level of client service.
Prior to joining enBio, Kara has been leading successful firms in both the hospitality and entertainment services sectors and has over a decade of professional management services experience.
Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Saint Mary’s College.
Erik Westad
Compliance and Integration Director
Erik Westad serves as Compliance and Integration Director and has key responsibility for deployment and oversight of enBio’s management services and client programs.
Erik is a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Air National Guard. He has extensive background in Area Supervision in addition to his expertise as a Biomedical Engineer.
Erik graduated with top honors from Department of Defense Biomedical Equipment Technical School in Sheppard Air Force Base, earning an Associate of Science in Biomedical Equipment Technology. He also holds an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Community College of the Air Force.
Erik is a member of the California Medical Instrumentation Association, the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation and the Biomedical Engineering Society of Texas.
German Yoshimura
Field Service Director
German Yoshimura serves as Field Service Director and brings over a decade of biomedical equipment management experience to the enBio team. He has a broad background in professional services and previously worked with Patriot Medical Technologies.
German holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Automated Manufacturing Technology and an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology, both from ITT Technical Institute.
